These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hybrid platform, operated by Hybrid Advisors Inc. ("Hybrid," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose only

All content on Hybrid is provided for general educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional regarding your specific situation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Memberships and contributions

Paid memberships are recurring contributions to Hybrid Advisors Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and unlock access to additional content. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share gated content; not to misuse the community or messaging features; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. Community conduct must be respectful and lawful.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, and platform content are owned by Hybrid Advisors Inc. or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use under a limited, revocable license.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
